Hello Beautiful Yogis! I am Teo

Background: My mom took me to my first gymnastics class when I was five, and ever since some special people have educated me in modern ballet, swimming, extreme Martial Arts, a wide range of fitness classes and, most importantly -Yoga.
Back in 2010, I experienced Yoga for the first time after a physical injury. My Yoga practice led to a swift and full body recovery. My strong physical condition allowed me to explore diverse methods, namely Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Iyengar, Power and Vinyasa Flow.

Beyond the yoga mat, I have graduated Occupational Psychology with a focus on employee well-being & development, and stress-free work environment from University of London, where I spent nearly six years. Currently, I live in a small town near Vienna with my husband Shenol, our little baby girl Dayana and our dog Tibo. You might often see me attending sports events and nutrition workshops and engaging in heated and passionate debates about health and exercise, or just taking long hikes in the forest with the boys. I am avid about environmental issues, sustainability, and green innovations. I am so excited to share my knowledge and teaching in Austria, the UK and Europe with corporate and private students.

Training: My practice and teaching have been about getting the body and the inner-self stronger, while using breathing as a tool to decrease body tension and incite joy. I teach Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Mobility, Stretching and Tae Bo®. My yoga classes encourage deep body listening. I like to focus on sensory awareness and plugging in to instinctual knowing in an effort to clear the mind, comfort the body, and free the spirit. My students can expect clear, uplifting, energizing, dynamic, and strength – building classes, all these combined with personal approach and attention to the needs of the individual.

Favorite food: I love seasonal fruits and raw nuts. I really enjoy fresh salads and a variety of grilled vegetables.
